Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from Hong Kong.

 

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this timeframe will be denied.

 

Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (iDeal, Bancconnect, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sales periods.

We process orders Monday through Friday, and they are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

Due to high demand, it may take 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive.

 

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

 

Do I Have to Pay Customs and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in European Euros. This means you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its destination, as determined by your local customs office.

 

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs. For more information on fees, please contact your local customs office.

 

How Do I Return an Item?

What If the Items I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

If you receive goods that are incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately.

 

Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related details upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

Contact your card-issuing bank to find out when the refund will be credited to your account.
